Today was another scorcher of a day. The bank I walked past on my way home read 86°. When I left the house it was a little overcast. However, it seemed to clear up almost as soon as I left the house. It made for a slow long run.
Finished 6 miles before I reached for the water bottle. From there it everything started getting tougher and tougher. I pushed myself to do the last half and truth be known I probably could have made it the 9 miles but every inch really did feel like a mile. Maybe next week.
