I can't hardly believe that it is already that time of year again. Yesterday the boys went and picked strawberries to have with dinner and we ended up eating them over ice cream afterwards. Tonight I asked them to go pick some more, and here they are. Freshly washed and sliced strawberries right from our garden. Don't they just look wonderful? They taste just as good as they look too!

ReplyDeleteDeAnn: So you have a strawberry patch in the yard? Well, Bob and I are going to Hilltop and get some to eat. I do not have to freeze any this year. These look so good all stemed and cleaned just waiting for the inevetable? TOO EAT. I remember days like that but we have just 3 tomato plants and 3 cumber plants and that is the extent of our garden. Luv ya all - Arlene
ReplyDeleteYes, we have a small one in the garden. Just enough to eat a bit. I still have to go pick for jam, pies and frozen. Fun, fun!! They are so woth it, though!
