My wife will tell you I must be color blind. Usually it's the normal question of is this navy or black. Sometimes it's neither, ha ha. My new shoes are the same model as my last shoes but a different color. When I look at them they appear the same color (yellow vs lime green) unless I put the right next to each other.
Ok, I was off on a tangent there. Anyhow, point being that I had new shoes today and I tied them too tightly. So my right foot was tingling a little. I suppose I could have stopped and adjusted my shoes, but that would ruin my time.
Instead I ruined my run. It wasn't as fun and I cut it a little short. So, take the time to stop and make adjustments for comfort so you can enjoy your run.
