Sammy!

Sammy is growing up so fast! First grade and his reading is taking off! He loves computer time, playing on his scooter, and being a well-rounded boy! His newest activity is playing "shop" - with a few real tools and scraps of wood he scrounges up. He makes little things and wants to put them for sale in the front yard, fully expecting people to want to buy them! =)

He amazed me the other day when we were in a very large, very difficult corn maze (they give you maps, and a cell phone number to call in case you get lost!!). He tracked where we were the whole time, following along with the map. I don't know what kind of ability that signifies, but I was impressed!

But, thankfully, he's still my snuggler, requiring plenty of "scratch-backs" every night!
