Summer's Here! (we wish)

We love summer food - anything cooked on the grill. Steaks, burgers, chicken, kabobs, veggies.... It seems like forever since Otto put the grill away. We've been discussing what temperature it had to reach before we got it out again. Well, it wasn't exactly warm today, but we just couldn't wait any longer for summer food!
This was the compromise - the charcoal grill. Boy, were they ever good!!

    I am with you - we LOVE anything off the grill:) I grew up with my dad grilling year round so I've been known to send my husband out in the snow to grill!

    Good for you Otto!! I was craving a grilled burger when the temps reached low 50s a few weeks ago so I invited my brother over for dinner!! Firefighter that he is, he pushed my big 'ol grill outside through a minor snowbank and we had burgers and brats that night!! (course the temp by 700 pm was probably around 35...that's what brothers are for though right?) :0 -melisa

    I love to grill. We don't put our grill away in the winter. I grill all year round. Of course it helps that we have a gas grill.
