St. Basil's

Here's a little teaser until I can get my pictures organized. We're standing in front of the famous St. Basil's cathedral. It's an amazing place in Moscow - there's the Kremlin, Lenin's tomb, and lots of gardens, statues and important buildings all together in just a few city blocks. We took a quick tour of around the outside of the Kremlin the first full day, guided by our coordinator's son Uri. He took us home on the Metro, which was an experience I'll let Otto tell about. The next day we hired a professional guide to take us around in the Kremlin. Lots of cathedrals, administrative buildings. I was glad I'd done some research of their history - made it very impressive to be there!

  1. Otto & DeAnn: I knew by the calendar that you were to get home on Tuesday. Suzie gave me the new dates for your return trip. I just get goose bumps when I think of the life that God is giving to Diana. Bob and I were just talking at the breakfast table this morning about what a fortunate this child Diane is. We will all want to help out where we can whenever you need an extra hand. God's greatest blessings on you and your family. Because of Christ we are able to love everyone. I have all the patience in world to see the pictures. So if you did them today that would be great:) Bob and Arlene
