Pray for Haiti!! (And my Dad and Mom!)

Many of you probably know, the county of Haiti holds a very special spot in my heart and Otto's, and the hearts of all my family. We are very close with a wonderful ministry there, S.E.E.D Ministries. This afternoon an earthquake that measured over 7.0 hit Haiti near Port-au-prince. Something like this is a tragedy where ever it hits. But, in a country with very little infra-structure, and so very little resources, this is devastating! The people of Haiti need our prayers! The other scary part - my dad and mom are there right now! They are in a city south of there, called Les Cayes. Thankfully, they were able to e-mail to let us know that they are okay. We got word from American Airlines that their flight is cancelled (they were supposed to head home tomorrow). Don't know much else at this time. I can imagine that there's a lot of panic in the streets, and prayers in the churches. The people of Haiti may be poor in resources, but the Christians are mighty in Christ! I'll try to keep the blog updated as I have info so family can keep posted.
