From "Too-Much-Cuteness"!!! =)
We've been having a lot of fun this Christmas break! Too much for one posting, so keep checking back for more! But, here's a highlight that's been talked about very excitedly!
Yesterday we went to play with puppies! We know a family that raises puppies (it's Percy's birthplace), and they let me and the kids come play! What fun! We had so much fun playing with the little balls of fluff!
The place is called Teapup - if you are ever in the market for a puppy - this is the place! Growing up in a veterinary family, I know the difference a quality breeder makes in a dog. These puppies are raised with tender, loving care - and it shows! We know this personally too - Percy and Buddy (Otto's mom and dad's sweet, beloved late Bichon) came from there.
We all had SO MUCH FUN! They still wistfully talk about the dogs that they got attached to. I don't know if it was a good thing or not - now we're hearing a lot of wishing for puppies for birthdays! =}
Thanks so much, Deb, for letting us take up your time - I hope you don't mind if we come back soon!!! =O
OH MY WORD!!! How stinking cute are they?! David has mentioned several times about going there and seeing/playing with the puppies :) Does she still have westies? I know it would be hard not to want to take one of them home :) I can only image how the kids are bugging for one :) Let us know the next time you go and maybe we can tag along.
ReplyDeleteShe had several westies! It really was a ball!! If you do go sometime - be prepared for lots of wistfull talk about puppies! Diana has been telling EVERYONE about it!
ReplyDeleteALMOST makes me want one:)
ReplyDeleteYeah, if only they were always so cute and loveable! No training, chewing, cleaning up messes, grooming, yapping in the middle of the night... =) I had to keep reminding myself of all that or we would have come home with one for sure! =)
ReplyDeleteYou almost had us coming down there to buy one....then your reminder of reality shook off that emotion!!:) They are adorable! I thought they were stuffed at first!
ReplyDeleteAww, shucks! Why don't you come down to "play" with them?? ;)
