Don't Walk - Run!

If you haven't gotten hit by the nasty H1N1 flu, get vaccinated! Today! Don't walk - RUN!!

We've been hit bad by it in our house. Everyone seems to have a different reaction to it. Kenneth was out of school for 7 days! He seemed to get better, then got sick again. Sammy was out a couple days. Diana had it for about one and a half days. Otto and I seem to have more of a "cold" that just doesn't go away.

Mine has gone on for 17 days and counting - nasty sore throat, coughing, congestion, malaise, yuck, yuck, yuck. And just when I thought it was going away - last night I get a fever and just feel terrible. Finally couldn't take it anymore and went to the doctor today. He was surprised I've had it so long. He didn't see strepp or anything, but probably something bacterial lurking around. So, I'm on antibiotics, and should be back on my feet soon. Sure hope so - this just isn't working too well! Mommy just can't get sick!
