Wow! What a difference a year can make physically....mentally....emotionally....spiritually.I have to admit, it hasn't been an easy year for me. This was one of those things, no matter how much you think you've prepared, can still leave you feeling so unprepared. I've learned a lot about myself this past year! Praise the Lord for faithful family and friends who prayed for us! We've needed them, and felt them!
The past couple months have seen such an improvement in Diana and my bond! Praise God! Tonight we spent time at the piana, plunking out songs and singing from the blue "Children's Harp". It was a special time just between the two of us. She's such a lovely little girl, with so much charm and spirit! She's such a joy to have around!

ReplyDeleteOtto & DeAnn: Absolutely what a different little girl she is. I had it marked on my calendar that it was now 1 year since Diana came to live in your home. Her countenance is unbelievably different than a year ago. And as Otto said even the color of her skin. You are totally correct Diana is one beautiful little girl. Prayer does a ton of things as you stated. Time does make a difference and we are grateful that it is so much for the good. We luv her very much also. God Bless you whole family. Arlene
