Here's a lady that deserves three cheers! This is Alyona, our coordinator on the Russian side. She and her assistant, Katya, spent untold hours making our experience seamless and manageable. We never had to worry about anything - they took care of us and gave us great experiences and warm hospitality. She is a warm, caring lady who has such a heart for people - she said her favorite thing to do is help people. I definitely would recommend our agency to anyone - they've got great people!
