Moo, Baa, La La La!

Many of us know that a cow says "Moo!" from the time we are little. Maybe it is because us Americans eat a lot of red meat and drink a lot of milk compared to the rest of the world. Anyhow, when we spent time with Diana we made animal noises of the orphanage cat and pointed to it. Same with the orphanage dog. We also seen some child chairs and one was a little cow, so we pointed it out and went "Moo!". We really didn't realize that Diana was puzzled, but the next day one of the staff let us know that Diana had spoken to them about it. She never realized that a cow said "Moo!". She has never been to a farm or zoo to experience it either. It makes me kind of sad to think that the kids in orphanages miss out on so much. On the bright side, I am glad I will be there to watch her experience some things for the first time.
